Tizo Coffee, founded in 2025, brings together two passions: roasting and music production. Sourcing beans from Mexico, Tizo aims to showcase the quality and work ethic Mexican producers have to offer. While valuing the impact music has in creating an atmosphere in cafes, Tizo creates original compositions to accompany your brewing and tasting experience.
Raised in Chicago, founder Christopher Vargas became a student of the craft in 2020. He started by working at M Coffee, where he learned the fundamentals of roasting, before moving on to @4|wcoffee, @sidepractice.coffee, and currently serving at Drip Collective.
